The last and best of the new generation of Motorola Droid phones is finally here: the Droid Razr Maxx HD. This device comes in a 4.7-inch 1,280 x 720 Super AMOLED HD display and running an Android Jelly Bean.  Under the hood, the handset sports a dual-core 1.5GHz S4 CPU, backed by 1GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, an 8-megapixel camera on back and, last but not least, the star of this show: a 3,300mAh battery. The Droid Razr Maxx HD runs on the same 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor that’s inside the Razr HD, Razr M, and the Galaxy S3.

Users can also maximize their battery life using the updated SmartActions app that features a new Driver Mode.

3. Motorola Droid Razr Maxx

The 3300 mAh battery is said to remarkably give the phone super extended battery life that exceeds it rivals like the iPhone 4S and Samsung Galaxy S3. This handset is still integrated with the same 1.2 GHz dual-core processor along with 1 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage, and an operating system of Android 2.3 Gingerbread version. The rear camera is stuffed with an 8-megapixel resolution with 3264×2448 pixels, Autofocus, LED Flash, face detection and image stabilization with video recording capability of full 1080p HD vide at 30 frames per second. While the camera is recording a full HD video, it still allows you to zoom, re-focus and the LED flash can also be switched on to record videos on dark locations

4. Motorola Razr V

It’s a 4.3-inch smartphone powered by a dual-core 1.2Ghz processor, 1GB of RAM with a screen resolution of 540 x 960 (at 256 pixels per inch). It sports an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and the same Kevlar toughness from the last RAZR. It’s also splash-proof and comes with new ColourBoost technology, meaning the screen will be prettier. It runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich as opposed to Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread. The battery is at 1750mAh.
